FMCA has a veterans chapter that I belong to. We have rally's combined with the Elks and Full Timers chapters, always a good time. FMCA now has almost 4,000 members that own towables. If you want more info, PM me.Re: First class A, tippy feel when drivingThose tires are 14 years old. Normal life of a tire is 7 years. Due to the low mileage and lack of use, I would seriously consider a set of new tires.Re: How is I-10E in Texas?Good road, just miles of milesRe: 22.5 tires $$$$ ?FMCA has discount programs for Continental, Hankook, BF Goodrich, and Michelin. You can now join FMCA with a towable.Re: Oil ChangeYou guys keep up the 3-5K oil changes. I do own stock in some oil companies.Re: Oil ChangeIf you are worried, change the oil before you leave, keep it filled on the trip, and change it when you get home. Read your owners manual and see what it says. The days of 3,000 mile oil changes went the way of the dodo birdRe: Huge Range in Insurance PremiumsInteresting. I was with NG at close to the $2500 price. I am considered full time because of the amount of time I spend in the coach. Most insurance companies consider anything over 120 days a year as a full timer. Might want to check that out. I did have a small claim ($7,000) with NG and they were a little hard to deal with and then they raised the rates out of sight. I think they were trying to get the $7K back within 3 yearsRe: New Location For LicensingIt will cost you a lot more to register in AZ for sure.Re: Pulling A trailerWhat is the weight of the trailer? Take that amount away from your GCVWRe: New Class A Buyer with QuestionsIn my opinion, NADA is a joke. Pricing is determined by what people are willing to pay. For $70K, you can step up into a really decent coach in the Country Coach/Monaco line
