The truck became an entirely different animal after installed. I did not read all the replies but like others have probably already said, get gauges! You might want to also check out John Wood Automotive for your transmission.Re: Ford F-250 pickup -- the new favorite of auto thievesMy F-350 got stolen right in the middle of the day! Parked, went in the movies, 2 hours later came out and for a few minutes did the "where in the heck did I park", then realized...oh I WAS parked under that tree for some shade. The cops found my truck like 4 days later stuck in a ditch in the middle of a field, both axles completely wrapped in barbed wire fencing and almost to the border of Mexico.Re: Any of you run caps?I had been debating maybe trying some Treadwrights as my next set of tires and all I could find where glowing positive reviews everywhere and then I ran across this. I am not a member of the below site and I do not know any of the guys on there; so as to how much truth there is in it, I really do not know? I just thought it would be some info that some of you on here might be interested in..... http://www.dieselbombers.com/dodge-truck-cummins-turbo-diesel-forum/99653-treadwright-tire-update.htmlRe: Converting my dully to a 10 wheel drive to handle Toyhauler TugCE wrote: The Caddy hating comes from where I grew up, Northern New Jersey. Usually the only people that drove Caddy's were either very old or someone you would think of from watching the Saprano's or want to be Saprano's. No offense meant to anyone. There was no offense taken, just letting you know you can drive it becasue its not really a Caddy, so you are good to go get one lol :BRe: Converting my dully to a 10 wheel drive to handle Toyhauler TugCE wrote: As much as I hate Caddy's (I'm a Lincoln man) I would love to drive one of those. If you take a look at the tail lights and the cab, pretty sure its a Chevy with the front end from the Escalade, it swaps in pretty easily. There are several Chevy trucks around here that I have seen with the "caddy" front end..
