I can access the everything inside, except the sofa, when the bed is in. Triple bunks in front, rear queen slide, sofa & dinette, all in a 25ft box. Not sure how far you are from Albany but RVDirect sells Forest River and Jayco. Both manufacturers offer rear slide models.Re: Railfanning from the CampgroundHershey Highmeadow in Hershey, PA has trains pass right behind the campground fence.Re: Modern travel trailers - Who makes them in the US? Proteus wrote: Thanks..I guess this illustrates the issue. I have two kids, boy and girl, who need separate beds or bunks. None of the trailers listed have a layout to handle this (bunks, or two separate sleeping areas, with the possible exception of the Evergreen Element (which I will look at). The aviator is massive, and heavy (over 30ft!). The Galileo is clearly designed for two people (and heavy to boot), and the Oliver can sleep 3 :-( Would be nice to see some of the mainstream brands build something decent. I can't believe in 2013, we're still seeing wood frames, corrugated aluminum, with leaf spring suspensions, OSB and bulky face frame cabinets as the norm! Airstream makes some nice stuff, but their prices are insane (and their smallest bunkhouse is a 30ft). How about the Gulfstream Visa/Vista Cruiser? They have 3 floorplans with bunks. The smallest being 23' with a dry weight of 2800 lbs. The largest being 26' with a dry weight under 4000 lbs.Re: Water logged 2003 Starcraft AntiguaMy old hybrid leaked down the front wall when it rained. I don't know how the previous owner never noticed the waterfall, even though he looked me in the eye and told me that there was never a leak in the camper :R. I scraped all the sealant off of the roof and covered all seams with Eternabond tape. I removed as much of the interior as possible, ripped up the linoleum, and dried out the flooring. I covered the floor with 1/2" plywood and installed some cheap laminate flooring then reinstalled all the appliances and cabinets. It looked much better than the original floor and felt much more sturdy.
