I borrowed a genny from my girlfriend's dad and it did the exact same thing. However, his doesn't supply 240V, so I thought there might be a chance that the full output might be available from one outlet. No such luck. My RV Ready Champion is sitting on hold at Cabela's, waiting on me to get down there and pick it up... Thank you so much for doing all this work and giving the tech advice so that I would know what to buy.

I am looking for the Champion C46540. I am near Oklahoma City, OK. I need it for this weekend. Any idea where I can buy one locally? Failing that, what is my best choice for one that can be adapted externally to run my RV with 30A service? I don't feel qualified to make internal mods. Please help.

IT's a little old, but for the money, I can't complain! Photos taken at Red Rock Canyon State Park, Hinton, OK. Spaces here available always, except maybe holiday weekends, and elec/water is only $15 a night! What a deal!

I read the first 40 or 50 pages and then skipped to the last 15. I'm sure I missed a thing or two along the way. Is ELIM still a good choice? I see they are selling the 3600SS and 3600CL on eBay, direct from Elim. I have seen the rewiring projects mentioned on so many different gensets, I am thoroughly confused. How about these two? Need to be rewired to get full load? What is CSA? One of them says CSA is available.
