The Box Canyon and Martinez mine trails are gorgeous during the winter. Hit that area every January and stay off Cottonwood Road. Ajax Mine road over to Superior is a good trip. The Kilns are another. If the Gila River is low enough, there are good trails south.Re: RZR friendly campgrounds in and around Moab UtahJust remembered, Ken's Lake south of town on BLM ground may work for you also. Have driven by it, but never stayed there.Re: RZR friendly campgrounds in and around Moab UtahArchview RV Resort and Campground. About 9 miles north of Moab on 191. You can ride out of there on all the trails north of town, 7 Mile Rim, White Wash Sand Dunes, Dubinkey Wells. They even have a gas station. It has been several years since we last stayed there, so you may want to check if they are still ATV friendly.Re: AZ.. looking for ATV friendly areasIt is, just riding around Phoenix has tightened up due to dust issues, and you need to make sure you have the AZ State Lands permit to ride or camp on their land.Re: AZ.. looking for ATV friendly areasWhere at Kris?Re: Remove white writing on frameI cleaned mine off with WD-40. Not sure if it was paint stick or crayon, but it worked for me.Re: 395 north395 to Reno, 80 east to Winnemucca, 95 north to the 55, east to the 84 by Boise and on to Idaho Falls. If you want to dodge Reno and Carson Valley, take the 6 out of Bishop, and pick up the 95 out by Tonopaugh, then north thru Hawthorne, Nv and on to Fallon, Nv, then north from there to the 80, east to Winnemucca.California Hwy 395Hwy 395 is closed due to snow from Bishop to Bridgeport.Re: Awning problemThere are several good You Tube videos on awning repairs and replacement. Most have good info on dealing with the springs. Google "RV awning replacement"Re: Destination trailersWe have a Franklin with 4 slides. Absolutely love it. Perfect to get out of the MH between trips. It is easily towable, but does not have any tanks so is a umbilical queen. ;)
