I have my bubble level where I can see it in my left rear view mirror, so we stop, decide where they need to go, and I back up. When I stop, DW throws the stop under the leveler and we are done. OK what kind of bubble do you have that you can see from your rear view? I have a dual Axle Forest River Ultra light, 28ft, 6500lbs, torsion axles. Most the sites we go to are fairly level and 1 to 2 inches is typically enough. Would I need to always lift both tires or can I get a good amount lift on just 1. ALso if I could get away with just 1 would any damage be expected for leaving it in this position for 3 to 4 days? What wheel stabilizers will fit.I have a 2012 Rockwood Roo21SS. The axles are really close. I already tried the small Camco RV wheel stop but they would not fit. Thinking about trying the x-stop wheel stabilizers. Does anyone have a known wheel stabilizer that fits really close axles? Thanks in advance!!!Re: post pictures of your HTTMy Most recent picture. First time towing with the ECOBOOST. Last tow vehicles were Jeep Grand Cherokee with Hemi V8 and Tundra with 5.7. I have to admit. This Turbo V6 comes to life under a load and probably my favorite tow vehicle so far. Re: post pictures of your HTTI have the Popup Gizmos and use them for almost every trip.Re: Hitch Mount Cargo on TT??Here's the updated pictures. Let me know if you can't see them. What are you intending to have them do? They are removing the existing bumper and replacing it with a thicker steal, stronger welds, built in reciever. He is then re attaching the origonal bumper below to store the sewer hose. Estimated at $350. Should be done today. Post picts later.Re: Hitch Mount Cargo on TT??Thanks for all the replies. Better safe then sorry. I have the job scheduled with my local custom hitch shop.Hitch Mount Cargo on TT??I have a bolt mount receiver attached to the back of my TT (pictured below) and previously used it for a hitch mount bike rack. I now plan to use it with my heavier hitch mount cargo carrier (Pictured Below). Plan to stack up more weight with cooler, fire wood, etc. My TT is a 2012 rockwood and the rear bumper is welded to the frame. Does anyone use this type of set up? Should I be concerned with support? Do I "need" to the get a receiver that welds to the bumper? Do I "need" to have the bumper reinforced? Thanks Re: Show your mods!!I too use the command hooks. I have them in the shower, in the kitchen and by the door to hang keys. I keep a pack in the trailer and stick them up where needed. I plan to put up a line of them on the back od the trailer to hang wet shorts and towels. I definatly recommend them. I bought them to match what ever I am hanging them so they match, some are white, some brown and some black.Re: Options for black tank flushing? wanderingbob wrote: Why do you feel the need for such a device ? Many of us have been RVing for twenty or thirty years with out one ! Your probably right and you have much more experience then me. My personal reasoning is that my tanks are small so I don't have a lot of room to leave extra water in the tank. I try to completely drain it when I leave the site. I also only get the TT out once a quarter. I hate to let it sit stagnate for months. On a last note, my sensors always read 1/3 full. Hoping this flusher can get the sensors back to working. Thanks for all the replies.
