The northern portion gets real winter weather and includes the Grand Canyon. Its good advice to stay in Williams, AZ and take the train up to the south rim is good. I think that you will really enjoy it. The Grand Canyon is not to be missed. Another good visit is Kartchner Caverns near Tucson, AZ. It's good during rain, heat or cold because it's always the same temperature. And it is a pristine preserved cave. March is the most beautiful month in the areas around Phoenix. Very green and many things in bloom. Thank you. I had managed to find Kartchner on my intial planning and have a reservation made. I will look into WilliamsRe: Advice from South Western Snow Birders dcason wrote: In the beginning of your trip in January you will have to stay pretty far south or at low elevation to avoid really cold weather. I think the best part about it is you can access it all from your mobile device. So, we were camping with them last weekend, and he wanted to turn on a light inside for his dog, so he just did it from his phone versus having to get up and do it. Same w/ controlling the sound system. Now, some may call it lazy, but I thought it was neat. :) I'm glad they are liking it. How long have they had it? I'm looking to see if this is a durable system or not. I think its a cool concept but what happens when that touch screen goes out? Can i even turn a light on at that pointRe: New Fuzion touch screen? fj12ryder wrote: Considering how often things go wrong with these things, extra complexity is not usually a good and desirable thing. Anybody had any experience with the touch screen? And thoughts comments and concerns?Re: Help us plan our trip! (Again). Montana and WyomingYellowstone CG I highly recommend Henrys Lake State Park. It is about 15 minutes away from the west entrance of YNP. CHeck it out. It is mountain view on 3 sides with a beautiful lake.Re: Employee discount for Ford trucks McGoo wrote: Does Ford still offer the X deals (I think it was X) to employees?
