She will ride on the dash or in her bed and loves to look out the window. She has only escaped once on our last trip and it really scared her. Litter box is an issue but better than walking a dog in the cold and rain.Re: Blue Beacon Truck Wash - Procedural QuestionWe have used Blue Beacon many times and have always been satisfied. My son-in-law manages a professional race team and they always send their trucks thru a Blue Becon on the way to the track. If you have ever seen any of those team trucks they are all shinny and polished like new. If it works for them it works for us, never any damage.Re: Things I have learned from these forumsNever ever go #2 in your RV toilet, even beter never use it at all. The EPA folks will be waiting behind the next tree if you put chemicals in your black tank. All water at RV parks is poison and never shower or use it unless it goes through a giant filtering system.Re: Help with tethering the pups. Our daughter has 2 mini dashounds and she brings a folding pen for them, no leashs needed. The pen is plenty big enough and they have a rug to lay on and just watch the world go bye. We never leave them out alone but it sure beats having to get up every few minutes to untangle them.Re: Dumping Black Water On The Ground? Many years ago our full black tank broke away form the bottom of the camper and spilled it's entire contents on I-75, does that count ? To make matters worse we where returning from Upper Michigan on 4th of July weekend, my sincere apologies to anyone traveling behind us.Re: mirrored closet doors?Mirrors, mirrors everywhere, you mean all those mirrors don't make you forget you are living in a tiny house on wheels ? I covered the one facing our table with pictures of our travels. As for the bedroom, I look much better then all of you in the morning and love seeing myself in a large mirror when I first get up in the morning.Re: Am I causing my mouse problem?Mothballs have worked for us for 15 years. I fill 6 small plastic glasses with mothballs (usually 1 box will do) I place a glass in the cupboard under the sink in the bathroom, under the kitchen sink, under the bed storage area and behind the couchs. I also set a few around on the floor. Yes it smells like grandmas attic but the mice hate it. Before we begin our season I throw them away, open the windows and in a day the smell is gone. Only problem is being able to find old fashioned mothballs. Smaller hardware stores usually carry them.Re: Help me name this critter!I like the name Lola, as in "what ever Lola wants, Lola gets.Re: Sebring Raceway info pleaseWe been a few times. Son-in-law is the crew cheif on the #3 Corvette. It can get kind of crazy in the in field. Just don't camp in Turn 10, that is total mayhem.Re: Towing a Vehicle With MotorhomeWe tow a VW Bug behind the MH and have had 6 people in it, I would not recommand this however.
