A secretary will answer, she'll tranfer you to the service department case write up person. The case write up person will create a case number and then someone else will set up a schedule date for thr repairs.Re: Slide Out Making Banging SoundI'm going through something similar. My slide is moved in and out with a hydraulic cylinder. When I first got the loud noise when closing the slide, I found I had sheared 4 teeth off the pinion gear which drives the rack attached to the slide. Had it fixed once but they never really got it right. Loud noise continued. It happened again, slide was not closing completely on one end, stuck out 2-1/2 inches. Had another tech look at and fix. Pinion gear still intact, no teeth sheared. Made the adjustment to the pinion and rack so slide would close. Now it has done it again, slide sticks out 2-1/2 inches. So called Lippert and discussed with their tech guy. Long story short, the pinion gear is jumping out of the rack, which is why there is a loud noise. What is happening is the tube the rack slides through has bulged out and allows the rack and pinion to disengage for a few teeth. So now I have an appointment set with Lippert to fix the problem. They will fix the tube and add reinforcement so it does not bulge out again. They’ve had other customers with the same problem so they are well aware of the problem. The suggested fix makes sense to me. Perhaps you have the same problem???Re: Water not working at all through city, but it's on outside.I doubt it's the water filter. Regardless of the water source, city or water pump, they both go thru the water filter before delivering water to faucets or toilet in the RV. If you have outside water faucets on the RV check to make sure they are turned off, especially the hot water faucet.Re: Branson, MO RV Parks???Henleyd, thanks for the info on Table Rock SP.
