I own a travel trailer. Grandpa is just the "cheapest" repair service in town.....ha ha Have a great day. Thanx everyone for their help !!rear bumper weight capacitywe Have a older pop up camper. Can you carry anything on the rear bumper ? Thinking of mounting a 2 x 8 over the bumper with U bolts and, strapping a small road trip grill to it. Probably about 50 pounds Max. Is this safe...as pop up bumpers are not as strong as other larger travel trailers ?Re: pop up electric converterThanks, Bryan.....good infopop up electric converterI want to charge my pop up's battery when I plug my generator in to the shore power cord. Is this possible ?pop up wiringMy pop up has a 4 wire plug to the tow vehicle. What color wire feeds power to the 12 volt lights IN the pop up ???wiring for 1988 coleman pop upI have just installed a 12 volt deepcycle battery on my camper. In addition I installed a 12 volt power outlet. I wired that with 12 ga. wire directly to the battery. I want the 12 volt camper lights to work from the new battery also. what color wires in the trailer harness do I need to connect to the battery to accomplish this? The camper also has a power converter. If I plug in to shore power will it do that ? What wires do I need to connect to the battery to make this possible ?
