Not sure as to the members name. He cleaned the roof of his RV and used a product called Duck Seal, sold at Menards which is like Lowes and Home Depot here. It is a kinda Northern store. I tried to search it here and couldn't find it but its been a couple of years since he had done it, I think he only did two light coats and was gonna apply a third but didn't. Think he said it sealed and covered it well. this will give you another option to look at. i think this LINK will show what it is. around what year model are you looking for. My 06 has two sets of bunk beds in the back room. Can send pics if you need an idea what the inside looks like. You say "your mechanic mounted and bolted in properly" The hitch should have been mounted with atleast 2 bolts on each end of your rails with atleast one going through an "L" bracket that should be installed on the chassis. It looks like someone toook a torch and cut holes in the top of the rails and installed it. Me personally, i would have the hitch properly secured to the bed and chassis before I hook up.253Views0likes0Comments
