I agree with you they need to look elswhere. Refrigerator vent system possibly not right.Re: AA and AAA Rechargeable Batteries:) Hi, I bought Duracells from Amazon, E-bay, and Costco. They work very well so far. I bought a nice charger, with batteries, from E-bay and the Green batteries were junk. Only Duracell for me.Re: Thoughts on a plug-in hybrid conversion:) Hi, my 2014 Ecoboost F-150 lacks engine braking; Could the motor assist in this department?Re: dead battery has interesting side effect pianotuna wrote: Hi all, On my v-10 E-450 the starter battery died. As a side result--even when boosted the gas gauge read ZERO fuel and the low fuel led was lite. It was totally full of gas. How peculiar! :) Hi, while working at a Ford dealer I had a similar situation three times. (1.) A battery was completely dead and someone jump started it with the cables crossed. (2.) A battery was completely dead and the battery charger was connected backwards. (3.) The batteries were stolen from a new F-650. Battery cables were also cut. Whoever installed the new batteries and cables wired them backwards.Re: Aqua Magic Style 2 - bowl leaks down:) Hi, I just spray Silicone on the ball, around the seal. I found that just water and RV antifreeze will dry out the seal and it will drain, and stick. Manufacture says to only use silicone on the seal.Re: Need recommendations for wireless rear view camera:) Hi, for me, I chose a Garmin RV GPS with wireless back-up camera. Mostly because I didn't want another item or screen on my dash. What I mean is that I will have to have a GPS anyway and don't want something like a Voyager back up camera adding another screen on my dash.Re: GMC Class A:) Hi, Oh the memories. Way back when????????? I was a mechanic at an Oldsmobile / GMC dealer. I worked on two of them. Or was it three? They had me exchange the rear interior of two Motorhomes with each other. I don't remeber what the difference was, but that is what the customer and the dealer wanted me to do. I believe that I also replaced or re-installed the rear suspension air bags. We called them Footballs because that is what they looked like before they were installed. I also rebuilt the automatic transmission on one of them. I think it was called a Turbo 425. It was the easiest automatic transmision that I ever rebuilt, but the hardest one to remove and re-install. They were very well built and drove very nice. I think there were only two sizes, a 23'er and a 26'er. This was maybe 45 years ago, so I might have a few things wrong.Re: Broken Frame on a RAM 3500:) Hi, why is the owner guessing? All he has to do is open the driver's door and read the label.Re: Harvest Hosts:) Hi, I stayed at one Harvest Host, and it was for free. I am not a member. Someone correct me if I'm wrong. Most stays are for one night only. All, or most, are in a field / parking lot with no hook-ups. Most seem to be at Wineries; We don't drink. They want you to buy something at each place. I will if they have anything that I can use, or eat. Some are located at museums. I like museums. Once again you will be camping in a parking lot. You can't get a list of places unless you join. I would like to know what is available before I join. Most of them want a reservation first, partially because some of them only have room for one RV. Not sure if I can run my generator, which I might need since there are no hook-ups. Once again, I am not a member. Correct me if I'm wrong.
