We offered a product called Glassine IIRC, that could be put in a screen frame with the spline. Not a popular product in SoCal where storm windows are not used. On our current trailer I went with the plexiglass solution. But if you want to stay with the lighter weight Glassine check out local full-service window and screen shops.
