Here is the latest one: This looks great. And thank you because you just took me back to my childhood as I had not heard the term "Chuck box" for years. My dad made a similar one for our trips in our VW pop-top camper.Re: The RV Name Game or How to Traumatize Your CustomerSpeaking of problematic RV names, I was driving down I5 in central California yesterday and drove by an RV (not a TT) called "Swinger." Apparently made by Georgie Boy in the '70s. FYI - for some special fun google "Swinger RV." Personally I would prefer Swinger to Vengeance.Re: TV suggestionsOur new Toyota Highlander was made in the U.S. in case you decide that made in U.S. is important. We are shopping for a TT currently, but purchased the Highlander (V6 AWD) for towing as we needed a multi-purpose vehicle (every day driver, customer sales calls, hauling large art projects, and towing a couples/weekender TT). MPG is not as good as we would like but otherwise we are loving it.Re: New 2017 Winnie design featuresWinnebago is also using the light wood in the Micro Minnies, which I love and is keeping one high on my shopping list (just one factor of course). There is too much brown in most TTs for me.Re: The good and the bad: living in a teardrop camperNice site and beautiful photography. I am jealous; My dream is to take a year to travel the US in a TT when I retire in 10 years. I am working on talking my husband into it.
