Oasis Door Awning Fabric Replacement
I am attempting to replace the fabric on my Dometic A&E Systems Oasis Automatic Door Awning. I ordered the fabric and it came in today. I called Shadepro and requested installation instructions and they advised me to go to the Dometic site and download a manual. I already have the manual and it does not contain instructions for fabric replacement. I will see if I can contact them for more information but I thought that I would also reach out to this community to see if someone has already been through this process. We are full timing and had a few hiccups until we figured out the right people to talk to. You have to call and ask for the movers Department. There slang for it is "Snoowbird Service". Ask them to change your location only and not your billing address. The direct number to that department is 877-407-4720. I just spent an hour going in circles with DirectTV representatives trying to explain that I am going full time and will not have a home with a dish. I don't know if it was the language barrier or just ignorance but I am not sure what is going to happen to my satellite service.
