I do not place Fairbanks' scenery at the level you will see in the southern and western parts of your planned circle. Believe you will enjoy Fairbanks more by seeing it first and let the scenery build from there.Re: Fred Meyer Dump station? In case you travel to Kenai area the FM store in Soldotna, AK has dump station south parking lot.Re: Trip to AlaskaI prefer doing the Ice Field Parkway going south. If so, the added heat could be a major factor. My unit has a heat shield by the inside right tire. Correction to the above relating to my heat shield. Anyway, would be a good idea to check yours.Re: Satellite TV reception? In Anchorage DirecTv uses 48" dish and aims them 9 degrees above horizon.Re: Alaska: via BC & Yukon, or Alberta, BC & Yukon?I would suggest seeing B.C. going south. Scenic pull overs are mostly on west side, Icefield Parkway. This makes for easy off and on since you will not have to cross lanes.Re: Nrother Lite PriceYahoo Finance rate change gave $27313 U.S. for $30000 Canadian.Re: Exhaust brakeSeveral years back some Dodge/Cummins owners were having problems with carbon building up on brake's butterfly valve/stem.
