Thanks Folks. Yeah, already replaced the burner control unit. I got the unit from a fellow in the UK. He has the main control board in stock as well. Much cheaper than anyplace here in the States. Hello All, I have a Dometic RM 8501. Auto Ignitor is not working (LP mode). I heard a few irregular, slow clicks in the space of about 15-30 seconds, then no more after that. It goes through the cycles then faults out. But there is NO sparking, or attempt to spark. Also, I cannot light it manually while cycling. I already checked fuses, checked / cleaned ground connections, cleaned burner parts and replaced the burner control unit. Next, I guess, is the main control board. It worked great for the few years I've owned it. Works fine in the other two modes. Hoping someone has an idea or two before spending $250 on a control board. Thanks, Ken1.7KViews0likes8Comments
