When the gauge showed no charge, I did all sorts of things but went to a garage. The old battery was almost 10 years old so I bought new. They advised to plug in for days at a time but I live where I can only have the rv at my house for two days. So I work around that. Now I plan to go to an rv park with full hookups to have the power hooked up and then I can do a final dump for the season before winterizing. It's been a great year for using the rv. Time to put it away for a few cold months.Re: What Did You Do To Your Class B Today ?Reading up on adding springs to my Phoenix Cruiser. And making a list of fall activity including winterizing and some minor repairs. A cover over a vent on the roof flew off for some reason so that needs replacement. Door lock needs replaced too. And tune up the generator. It's been a good season with many trips. Now to winter plans that don't include ring.Re: What Did You Do To Your Class B Today ?A few days ago drove from the Spokane area with the Phoenix Cruiser to the railroad museum near Reardon, WA. Stopped at a state park too, Discover Pass needed. Looked out over a reservoir. It's just east of Reardon. Nice drive in the spring since it's green yet and no fires. All is working well with the rv.Re: What Did You Do To Your Class B Today ?Researching getting the flooring replaced in the kitchen area of the rig. It's spongy so something's amiss. Been out using it for camping too.Re: Class C Insurance? Thanks for that response. I do need to do some research on this.Re: What Did You Do To Your B+ Recently ?What is needed to maintain the slide out in my Phoenix Cruiser? Love the rig, btw.Re: Class C Insurance?I have Nationwide for my Phoenix Cruiser and would love to pay less. I'll check Progressive via Good Sam. Also may try USAA to see if I'm able to use them. If I call Good Sam, they look at more than one policy? Is that correct? My house and cars are with Nationwide. Supposedly if you have all in one, you get some sort of discount but still less is more for rv insurance.Re: What Did You Do To Your Class B Today ?Thanks, Goreds. I'm not supposed to post here but thanks anyway. I'll check into getting that.Re: What Did You Do To Your Class B Today ?Had some work done on my Phoenix Cruiser. Furnace wouldn't shut off, blower, that is. Something got replaced. Also interested in trickle solar charger. What did you get and where? Now choosing which hand tools to take along, clippers for errant bushes too. Need to fill the water tank and get propane. I'll be heading out in a week or so for a few days.Re: What Did You Do To Your Class B Today ?I'm sad to say I didn't do anything with my rv today other than to brag about it to my friends and hope when I move I can find a place to rent where I can keep it right by me and not put it into storage. So I won't post till spring when I get to unlock it again. I may run out there to return some items to store them there for the winter. But the season is done for me.
