Hi all, this is a topic that I'm familiar with. I am a licensed in Washington and Oregon. My company offers an endorsement on your auto policy, it identifies the camper via serial or vin numbers, what you paid for the camper and NADA values. The coverage is for comprehensive and collision. Your trucks liability covers the camper. Comprehensive covers your camper for fire, theft and vandalism, if your campers off your truck and burns to the ground you would be paid for the value of your camper minus the deductible. I think everyone knows how collision coverage works. We also have a stand alone policy were you can customize your coverage, its more expensive and at the moment I carry this insurance on my camper, I'll probably will switch back(costs around $42/mth compared to $10/mth).
