The red vehicle in front of my 5er is a MH. As such, it does not require a CDL for itself in its state of registry. It only requires the operator license that any TV would need to pull the weight it is towing. Also, if the operator's license class is appropriate in the vehicle's registered state, it's appropriate everywhere else in the country.
