ok back with this post. Pulled motor.. its bad. Still wont hand crank in.. The motor is removed so there wouldn't be a issue with the brake holding it. Went under RV and tied rotating the bar (that motor was attached to)that runs on the gear bars (not sure what to call the various parts, bear with me.) It still wont move.
