I would suggest you purchase a complete new Trailair Tri-Glide pinbox at e-trailer.com for $1200 and take your old unit and sell it on Craigslist or Ebay and just change out complete pinboxes. It will be about same work. Another note, the tri-glide adds 2 inches to the height of your camper and requires you a lower you hitch in your truck bed. Just a suggestion!Re: What happens if you plug a 50 Amp RV into 22V welder plugIt will work fine and you will not have any problems on any 220 volt receptacle. What most of you don't realize is that the neutral and ground and tied together when it hits the electrical panel. I have been using a 50 amp receptacle with only one ground & neutral since 2003 and have never had any shocks or issues within rv and no irregular stray voltages that were mentioned. It works for me for my purposes and would never recommend others do the same. I have been a Electrician for over 40 years and know what I am doing. I did drive a ground rod at the 50 amp receptacle box.Re: Rotating tires on a duallyI just rotate the front tires side to side and leave the rears alone. The rears are like new at 62K miles.Re: Road handling issuesHenderson makes a rear good rear Tracbar that connects the rear axle to the side frame to stop the tail wagging motion. I have installed this on two Ford F53 motorhomes and it stopped all the symptons that you mentioned. Never needed any additional equipment.Re: Scary Handling ProblemI would look into installing a Henderson rear track bar on your Class C. This will eliminate the tail wagging the dog effect. Also sounds like an alignment issue with one of the vehicles.Re: Anyone make a mistake buying first MH ?Yep, should have gotten a diesel rig and at the time thought that it would be no problem to upgrade to a diesel from a gasser. Little did I know that I would have take a tremendous financial loss to accomplish this. I have tried to upgrade but just cannot give away a like new 2002 gasser.
