Very helpful article! Is your tank ABS or poly? I visited Ameri-Kart and they said rubber inlet grommets are for Poly tanks. I'd like to use the rubber for my new tank but I'm reluctant a bit because of their products guide. Mine is ABS. Did the Permatex auto silicon sealant hold up well?
