B&W Companion Hitch w/ 2011 Silverado 2500HD Short Bed 4x4

I am looking at installing a new B&W Turnover ball hitch with the Companion fifth wheel hitch in a 2011 Silverado 2500HD short bed 4x4. Does anyone have this setup? Any issues with this setup? Has anyone installed this setup themselves?

So I see on the 2012's they added the dark gray on the front cap and got rid of the white on the sides. I love the new look!!
