All ActivityMost RecentMost LikesSolutionsThinking of leaving I’m thinking of leaving this site because there doesn’t seem to be much of anybody using it much. Before the change or upgrade it seemed that people checked it out all through the day. Now it seems that people go for days at a time without posting anything. If activity don’t increase soon then I to will be leaving. Re: Who’s planning Well, because of some medical issues we have had to cancel all but 2 of our trips. I’ve had to use all my vacation days and sick days already. If approved I can still take time off without pay, but it’ll be probably fall before we can afford it. We did take a little short trip last weekend, but unless I get real busy this summer that will be all till then Re: Who’s planning Because of some medical issues , I’ve had to rethink our plans. My wife has had to use some of her vacation days to be taking me back and forth to Dr visit’s and I’ve spent several days in the hospital. I hope we can get on the road in June, and we will probably stay within 3 1/2 hrs from the house. We are probably going to revisit some of our favorite places from our past travels in the last few years. Re: will a 2022 F 350 with a 6.7 turbo diesel tow a 16500lb Montana Our truck is SRW and the 6.4 bed. It pulls our 2021 41’ long Montana 3761 FL like a champ. We have had 0 issues even in east Tn, western Smoky Mountains areas. Re: How do you do your turkey? I just found a new ( to me anyway) way of doing turkey. It’s called a trash can turkey. Looks simple and interesting. I might have to give it a try when the weather breaks in the spring. Re: Truck Bed camera Our 2020 f250 lariat come with a camera mounted to the 3rd break light from the factory. It is pointed at the 5th wheel hitch from the factory. It went down about a year after we purchased the truck, but was replaced by a factory recall. I’m sure there is probably a retrofit for your truck. Re: Front end bounces horribly when going over 55 mph I’d suggest air bag suspension system, or overload springs front and rear. Heavy duty shocks all around, and 10 ply tires. If that don’t fix it the only other thing would be to buy a 3/4 ton truck ( aka 2500 / f250 ) to dedicate as a tow vehicle just for the camper. Re: Grilled Pizza I've also heard of putting the dough straight on the grill for a few minutes then flip before adding the toppings. I've haven't tried pizzas yet but it's on my agenda for trying this season. P.S. I've also seen making pan style pizzas in a Dutch oven or cast iron skillet on the grill. Re: Not a fan...at all I’ve been on here for a few weeks now and am starting to get the hang of it, slowly. The main problem I have with it first of all is that it takes so many steps to get logged in. How about a remember me button or something like that. Re: Back in a Bigfoot Welcome back! Good looking rig.
