Thank you for all the answers so far. I was able to find some batteries with high amp hr capacities. I found one that had 187 amp hr capacity. We were out looking at some new travel trailers tonight and several had 10.7 cu residential refrigerators. I was hoping some of you could provide feedback as to how they like this set up while staying off the grid. We were told it would run 8-10 hrs on two batteries. They did not say what size of battery. Just peeked my interest as to what battery option would work best for this option. We normally run a generator during the day. Just wondered if there is a set up that would give you 12 hrs without running generator with minimal electric use from other devices.1.2KViews0likes9CommentsReplacement Tires
Hello, I know this has probably been already beat to death but I am trying to decide what the best option for replacement tires for our 2013 coachmen Catalina. I am trying to stay away from the China made tires as of their reputation for blow outs. I have been looking at the Goodyear Endurance trailer tires and the Carlisle Radial Trail Hd tires. I am needing some help with our new Dish Tailgater. Our Coachman Catalina has an outside cable jack on it. I am having a hard time being able to run the coax cable into this cable jack from the tailgater and getting it to work inside. Looking to purchase a generator in the size range of 3000-4000. I have narrowed it down to the Champion and Generac brands. I would love to be able to purchase a Honda but my budget limits me. We will be primarily using it when camping at fairs and races so it will need to be big enough to run our 13.5 btu AC unit.
