It was in a prior motorhome but it was the nicest bathroom sink and counter I have seen for a small cost. If I hadn't traded so much I would do it again in a minute. Love the countertop vessel for looks and function.Re: Windows J-Rooster wrote: I had my local Novus Dealer do mine about 3 years ago and it was around $100.00 to put in two new windshield seals plus caulking and labor. Windshield had double pain and fogged? I had no idea some had double pain on the front.Re: Steer SafeOf course when you have extreme conditions or a failure in a tire then it can be a really nice add on. Most of our coaches are pretty good under very normal conditions. If I drove in the south all the time I doubt I would need many mods as generally roads are very good. California roads are more like WI with terrible bumps and irregularities and most any suspension change just gets things to I can handle it without everything falling apart.Re: How cold can I go?Last year we spent the night in a truck stop and it got down to 1 above. We were still winterized so used windshield washer and a little pink stuff to flush. Bedroom slide out. Two electric heaters and a little propane from furnace. Let generator run all night. We were warm and I could have had water in tanks had I needed but so much easier to travel in colder climates for first two to three days without the worry. Showered in truck stop.Re: direct tvHow do you do it with dish from a jack antenn?Re: Slide lock won't budgeThanks and happy for you and sad for you. I love it when something workw that hasn't and I hate it when I don't know why Oh well you have it narrowed down to three or four things if it happens again.Re: Slide lock won't budgeAny success in getting the slide unlocked?Re: direct tvHas anyone figured a way to feed the OtA through the DVR to enable recording of OTA programming?Re: Winter campingI use windshield washer fluid for flushing the toilet. Cheaper than pink stuff. It is good to below zero easily. Having things winterized is the easiest then no worries. If you don't go that route get a remote thermometer to put sensor in bay. That will tell you the temp. When I camp and need things heated I use the generator a lot and use a trouble light in the water bay at night. I also shovel snow up to the edge of the coach to keep wind from getting underneath. It is a great insulator.. On old cottages we used in the winter we iused to bank the snow around the foundation and it made a huge difference. Use your awning and clipping a tarp around will be a nice windbreak for the door.. Have warm socks as the floor will be cold.Re: Slide lock won't budgeI don't mean to be insulting but you are positive it is locked? I have power gear and all my slides unlock from one button. I push the unlock and hear a sound of them unlocking. i am now wondering if the larger slides are actually locked from that switch or if it only controls the bedroom. I suspect from your post you have actually looked at the lock in the engaged position which I have never done. Where is it?
