Was looking at info on the route so was hoping to get some feedback from here. I'll try again in the Canada section. ThanksTrans Labrador HighwayPlanning on driving the Trans Labrador highway with our Class C motorhome this coming summer. Our route will start in Ontario, go past Quebec City and then head north towards Labrador where we will take the Translabrador highway to the ferry to Newfoundland. We will travel through Newfoundland and take the ferry back to Nova Scotia to start making our way back to Ontario. Has anyone on here drove the Trans Labrador highway before? How was it?Re: Nova ScotiaHaven't stayed at any of those. We did a lot of boondocking in Nova Scotia but stayed at Belle Baie Campground Lunenburg RV park/campground Murphy's Camping on the ocean - HIGHLY recommend Adventure East Campground in Baddeck Ingonish Beach Campground - HIGHLY recommend Meat Cove Campground - HIGHLY recommend Cranberry Camgpround If you're looking for boondocking locations at all let me knowRe: East CanadaNova Scotia was not crowded at all. THere's some amazing boondocking spots in new brunswick and tons in Nova Scotia. We only stayed at campgrounds when we wanted a shower while in Nova Scotia. We have a mini youtube series if you want to check it out as it shows a few of the boondocking spots we stayed at (pretty much any beach parking lot is good to go as long as you're respectful ex. not noisy, don't litter, etc...) here's the link if you want to check it out. Meat Cove in NS is a must see! https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLciVC3g50ymWS2p93KkIOJkKyOca7OBPMRe: Thinking About Nova Scotia/PEI July/Aug 2020We recently drove from Ontario to Nova Scotia and did a youtube series on it if you'd like to check it out. We also did the cabot trail and highly recommend going up to Meat Cove (see the video on Meat Cove , the scenery is breath taking). If you have any more questions let me know, I'd be happy to help. It was an amazing trip and we hope to do it again in the fall someday. We did it with our 2 year old and our 4 year old. https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLciVC3g50ymWS2p93KkIOJkKyOca7OBPMNova ScotiaNew to this site but we just finished a 5 week RV trip from Ontario to Nova Scotia (went through a few states on the way there). If anyone is ever looking at recommendations for places to stay along that route let me know and I will try to help you out! Happy to be here.
