Anyone ever hear of a Prince Air TT?
My sis got one of these from a guy who lived in the Sierras near Sonora. It looks sort of like an Airstream, but I haven't found anything about it on the net. It's old, but apparently RV parks will allow it in (I suppose because it's an Airstream lookalike). Just curious. She'll let me use it when I visit. My '89 Prowler is on my sister's Calf. farm, while I'm in Minnesota with our 95-year-old mom. Think it's safe to take both mom and trailer across country behind a 1-ton van? I haven't towed this 31 footer before, and it has just sat for 15 years. New tires and checked brakes and wheel bearings, for sure. It's not pretty. Will the parks give me grief? OK, answered my own question by looking at your description on page 1 of this magnum opus. I've got a 2000 7.3L E350. Just discovered a bad spot on the body and peeled off chunks of rust. I guess I'll have to get a grinder and get down to base metal. Then should I use something like JB Weld (mentioned earlier) to fill the gaps? You haven't posted in an unnaturally (for you) long time. The dreaded spear to the head. I did something like that after I got home from the hospital for Bell's Palsy: in my case it was the handle sticking up from a little floor sweeper, and it caught me just to the left of my eye. I put a big swatch of duct tape on it, and don't leave things sticking out anymore (at least I try to).316Views0likes0Comments
