The 295's are easier to find as well. Lots of trucks are running this size now. Good luckRe: Cat C7 350 in a Winnebago JourneyMaintenance, Maintenance, Maintenance. I purchased our Phaeton with 41k C7 CAT 350. I changed ALL the fluids, belts, shocks, gen maintenance, etc. No records from previous owners. I had CAT do the valve adjustment. CAT says at 30k, then again at 100K. I only use 5/40W Rotella and CAT filters. It's been a good engine for us, now with 64K. Good luck ;)Re: Oregon roads ?Just returned from Bend, Or. There are a few fires up there right now. Sisters had a lot of smoke. Check for road closures and air quality. ;)Re: Campground Recommendation Mount Rushmore Area Mortimer Brewster wrote: Rafter J Bar Ranch is my favorite X2 ;)Re: Hubby says we need more power!! As far as mechanically, it seems to be a sound unit. The HP is pretty low (235?) but does get them where they want to go. They tow a Honda Fit. They may be interested in selling. Their family has out grown it. ;)Re: Results of super steer on DPOur previous coach was a 36' Winne Journey on Freightliner XC chassis. I replaced the Bilstein shocks with Koni FSD and the ride improved....less harsh. I did not like the way the coach leaned in turns, freeway off ramps and wanted to minimize the Walmart Wobble. I installed a set of Hendersons Supersteer Motion Control Valves on the air bags. The difference in how the coach handled was amazing. Less lean, less wobble, just made it a real pleasure to drive. Others I know reported similar results with the MCV's. X2 ;)Re: Staying in Durango, Co.Alpenrose has a HUGE dog run and is a very nice park.Re: Changing taillights out to LED'sI think more than anything it's a safety issue. I've driven behind other RV's where you could barely see their tail lights. Kudos for staying on top of safety. ;)Re: RV Detailer/Polisher in San Fernando ValleyI suspect you are referring to SFV in So. Cal? I have used this guy and he does a descent job. Kris 818-679-3850
