On a gas model it is a indicator you have a brake or tale light not working.I'd Check it out first .

I quit using Silicone seal 20 years ago . Its very hard to remove for resealing . I have had no problem using KOOL SEAL . To apply lots I use a wooden 3/4 sq. peg & drip if off for a large seam .No problem in 20 yrs. Back thin thats what MH builres u...
