By completing the circuit between the two blue wires in a Suburban furnace will start the furnace. I added a thermostat to the bedroom in our Mobile Suites by using the two blue wires and it works well.
Had that happen on our old 2011 GMC going up a steep grade here in Idaho. Dealer said that it was a known problem and the fix was to flash new firmware to the computer. No problem after that with that truck.
