Re: Yukon river crossing at Dawson.
We crossed in 2003 with 42' M/H and toad hooked up. The only caution is if toad hooked up when your M/H rear wheels leave the ferry it will pop up and slam the toad if hooked up.

I had similar valves installed on my Tiffin Zephyr and they reduced the rocking going in and out of driveways by a great deal. Cliff

Your Day Nite shades are washable, expand them, spray with cleaner (ie: 409) scrub lightly, flush with hose, collapse and let dry. Cliff

rgatijnet1 is spot on. to much time elapsed between the base coat and clear coat so the chemical bond was not good. the correct repair is sand off and re-apply clear coat, the sanding will give you a mechanical bond. Cliff

1996 Country Coach 40' came with the D40 (DT466). My neighbor had one. I believe they soon switched to the C series Cummings. Cliff

I put engineered wood in the bedroom of my DP, it is above the engine room and the heat does not bother it at all. The floor is floating with a gap around all sides covered with 1/4 round. Cliff

I am on tank #3. The original one lasted about 4 years, replacement 4 years. The 3rd. tank came from a Freightliner Columbia truck and even though it is plastic it has lasted 6 years and looks as good as new. Different type of plastic. Cliff

I had my Heart Freedom 2000w rebuilt (1999 model). Cost $700.00 but still cheaper than a new one. It works better than when it was new. Southeast power did the rebuilt. Cliff
