Leaving my new r.v. in central Florida on site until November....did some searches but would like to hear how I should deal with bugs, humidity, batteries and any other things I haven't thought of.....thanks
anyone have a system that monitors your home temp. and alarms you if it drops ? ... i saw some can call your cell phone when not hooked to your home land line
first year of going to florida for the winter.... what do you do to your house when you leave it for the winter in northern areas... do you drain pipes , turn heat down, put in home monitors ?????
do any of you have the U.S. Postal service forword your mail to a campground that you will be in for 5 months in the winter . i have read many threads of commercial mail forwarding companies. i understand they will do it up to 6 months once a year.
most of them have decent fit and finish , and use similar components the problems usually occur with the poorly built Lippert frames , chinese tires , Attwood ladders, junk beds and furniture .
its logical to level first, since building the rv is based on level on the frame…being OFF level would put stress on the frame when slides are moved out, and would be exaggerated as the weight slides from center
do you need active internet for the cameras ? so that (for me ) is $50/mo…..simplisafe does a self test that tells you everything is working …but it looks like a good alternative
