If you look at the weight capacity of the 225 vrs the 245 it makes no sense to get 225. Its like paying the $3k for what 5-600lbs over what I could get with some Nitto's. I had les schawb do the 245 and they did trim some off the front,it rubs barely at full lock. The wheel/tire combo is unreal!! I just came back from an elk hunting trip and was in some good winds gusts to 40mp,I had cruise set at 66 and all was rock solid! They get things dirty so be ready to wash lol. AdamRe: What about 19.5" tires on your SRW truck?I just did the swap about 2 months ago. I have a 2005 chevy cc. my total cost at les schawb was $3200 or so and I got a spare with that price. Went with the toyo's and love them so far! Worth every penny!Re: fox landingA very spendy option but so far we love ours! We also just got a 2013 811. Might be able to have a fab shop build you one for cheaper and then have it powder coated.Re: AF 811 or Lance 855S for 2013 Dodge 3500 SB 4x4I just picked up my new 811 on Friday. I will be hitting the scales tonight to see what it's at dry. Ill subtract my new wheel and tire weight so I'm as accurate as I can be. I weighted my truck empty with fuel so I should get a good idea of dry weight. I love my 811 and had a 2011 lance 855 prior.Re: 3/4 ton vs. 1 ton shortbed for a Lance 855-SHad on board generator in lance and we will be going with an external portable one with the new 811. To loud and it is limited to doing only truck camper stuff.Re: 3/4 ton vs. 1 ton shortbed for a Lance 855-SI have a 2005 chevy 2500 sb cc and we had a 2011 855, all loaded up I knew it was there but had to watch my speed as I got a little fast a times. I have air bags, bilstien shocks and roadmaster sway bar. I had zero issues with sway or my tires. I was running 265/75/16 Bfg at's. The combo always felt safe. I will be picking up 2013 af 811 on sat and having 19.5's put on due the weight. I did look at the 855s but it was lacking in storage. Good luck you will enjoy it!!Re: rear sway barIs it worth putting one on the front?Re: rear sway barI love my road master .Re: Help with wheels and tires.Glad it handles good! I won't have water 90% of the time so I figure I will be close to 3900 ready to camp with most of the "gear" in the cargo trailer (6x8). Getting excited!Re: Help with wheels and tires.Well I ordered the the wheels and tires today! Got the toyo's! They will have both the 245 and 225 there to see which one fits. My fingers crossed I can make the 245 work so I get the extra bang for the buck. I got them for $2507 otd. Pics will be up next weekend. Adam
