The bed is the FIRST thing my husband and I look at when looking at a RV. He is 6'4 and we know we need the room around the bed. Don't even look at anything else until the bed checks out. Second is the bathroom, then the kitchen and where the TV is. Just how we will look at a new RV in a few years. Already looking at floorplans and know there are some out there that will work well for us and lots that won't. Take your time and look over everything!
