Should be just 4 screws and untwisting and retwisting some wires. Went with Clarion because of price, quality, hole size and depth size. Inside, They are Clarion SRQ1632R (350W), all black in color. Outside - They are the CMQ1620R (100W), black outer ring, white speaker cover. (looks pretty tight, I can get a picture if you want) Thing to remember, the stock radio/cd/dvd player is 100Wx4. So at no point can you overload. It may sound like straight******because of the thin walls and all on the camper, but I can turn it up to 20-22 (haven't tried going louoder) and it still sounds really good, and you can hear them from a ways away.Re: Keystone Bullet Premier FensterRV wrote: Thanks. Yeah, they did it in the matter or an hour or 2. 1 of my outside speaker covers isn't lined up perferctly straight up and down though (the wording on it) because I told them not to drill new holes in the camper. So they used the existing ones. As I told him, if someone complains about it, I have no problem telling them get off my CS LOLRe: Keystone Bullet Premier FensterRV wrote: JT Glad you chimed in. Please fill me in on the speakers you bought. Not very please with the sound quality. That's next on my mod list. Also again worth mentioning, I installed the Steadyfast system and it takes 90 percent of the bounce out. Take care guys and good luck I will go home tonight, and get you the exact brand and model I used. My neighbor does home audio/theather/etc... I had him take care of it for me. He went with Clarion, gave me the reason why over Sony, Polk, etc... I'll call him as well and find out why he chose those as well and let you know tomorrow. Could have been price/quality as I wasn't trying to spend 1k on 4 speakers.Re: Keystone Bullet Premier clskinsfan wrote: Fenster and Greg. Thanks for the replies! We stopped in our local RV center yesterday and looked at the Premier again. We are in love with it for sure. It's great to know that other owners are happy with their investment. We are going to buy it this weekend. We hope to meet you all in a campground some day. Chris If you would have posted here before the 4th, I would have said come on down to Shenandoah Crossings campground, and you could have seen 1st hand what it looks like loaded with stuff and set up. Really get a feel for storage, space inside, etc.. We've been very happy with ours. Storage does leave something to desire, but the PROs heavily out-weigh the CONs for us. The black and grey tanks are on 30gal, so with a fam of 4 or more, get used to dumping the grey tank, I normally only have to dump the black tank once on a 3 night stay, and that is before we leave, twice on a 5 nighter. The first thing I did when I bought mine though, being a have a 2year old with sticky fingers, I replaced all 4 speakers (2 inside, 2 out) with speakers that could handle him turning the radio/movie/cd all the way up and it not blow them. plus the sound quality is 50x's better now. Other than that, no major mods yet...Re: Keystone Bullet PremierI have a question, how do you grease the slides? As my old TT was easy access underneath I could spray the push tube to keep it lubed... How does one maintain theirs on the 31bhpr's, as there is no visible tube underneath, nor ontop of the slide...Re: Keystone Bullet PremierWe bought this model in Feb this year. We have had it out 3 times so far, and have yet to encoutner an issue unless it was operator error. I've had it full systems go 2-3 other times at the house as well. So far we have been very pleased. Plus, my 03 F150 tows it surprisingly well. Granted, I'm not running 65-70mph up the mountains, but thats ok. We know we are getting a new TV within the next year or 2, so we are making due with what is already paid for until that time comes.
