Got a lot of metal in me and was doing just great with right hip replaced twice, left once, and right knee once. Also had C-5 replaced in the neck as a result of a bad parachute landing fall back in 1978. Even with these dings I was able to haul the 5er whenever we wanted to hit the road. But after asking a neurosurgeon in March of 2013 if I should be worried about a cyst on my lower spine and receiving the answer of no, things changed. In February of 14 my right foot quit working and had to have emergency spinal surgery on L2-L5. Cyst was also removed, but after six months the sciatic nerve has not kicked back in and the right foot/ankle remains dead. Have put the 5er on a permanent site near the coast and that is where I sit now. At 71, things could be a lot worse and I'm grateful they are not. Can't drive the 3500, but do fine in my VW diesel. Keeping the truck in the hope that the foot will eventually regenerate and I can drive it again.467Views0likes0CommentsRe: Vizio TV Problem, suggestions please
Had one quit on me as well, just got a white screen when turned on. Sent it back and they replaced a circuit board, got it back and it went out again after a week. I've got the old Verizon unlimited data plan and when I go somewhere that has no wi-fi access available I call Verizon and have them turn on the phones hot spot for a specified number of days and it runs $1.00 per day for this access.340Views0likes0CommentsRe: RV GPS's????
Have a 7710 which I like and have used. Find it slow most of thge time. Recently bought a Garmin 2797 which is the same size and it is much more responsive, but does not have all the RV and other features the 7710 has. Will use the 7710 when pulling and the 2797 when sightseeing.444Views0likes0Comments
