Got some stuff from CW, cleaned the area and caulked the entire area. Hasn't rained enough lately to check for a fix. I'll keep ya'll posted on results as soon as I find something out. Thanks again for the responses.Re: Water coming inThanks for the response. It has happened a couple of time, but not everytime it rains. Being level was my first thought. I'll take more care in gettng it level, maybe even let it be a little low on the slide out side, and see what happens. Thanks again.Water coming inHello, I have a Bullet 31bhpr and water is coming in when it rains on both ends of the kitchen slide. Has anyone else had this happen? I have tried to find the water trail but cannot located it. Trying not to take it to the dealer and yes warranty is out. The roof looks fine and I do not see any signs of cracks or breaks in any of the seals.Re: add an air conditionerJust added another AC (13.5 btu)to my TT and total was just over $1000 at HW in Katy Tx. It was in the shop for front cap repaint and I figured since it was there why not.Re: Now I've seen it all...I see it all the time at my job. Job applicants come in looking for work and have no common sense, no self taught mechanical skills. They have had no real life situations to deal with that they actually had to use their own minds to get out of. Always something on the internet or push a button and its not their problem anymore. The problem gets blamed on the manufacturer, the engineer, the President, etc. Who sees a lawsuit coming? Growing up in the country, we were taught to think for ourselves and not let someone do the thinking for us. We were taught how to drive and tow trailers, secure loads, respect other people's property and such. This has gone away, and we are in trouble for it. What's next a self driving car;)? Sorry, this kind of stuff gets me going.Re: AC unit freezing up.I had my ac freeze up one time during summer camping. Found out my DS wannted it colder in his end of the TT so he had his anunt close the vents off in the kitchen. I think somehow this restricted airflow so it froze up. We close the vent in the kitchen just enough to keep it cool in the front and back of the trailer during hot summer days. Hasn't happened again since.May want to look at that.Re: Do you use your outside kitchen? We have had two TTs with the outside kitchen and I wouldn't have a trailer without one. The only thing we use the inside kitchen is for baking. With some of the food we cook, bacon for one... the smell will stay inside for a while. So Keeping it outside isn't so bad.Re: Planning a trip to FloridaThanks for all your input. I see I have some research to do and hopefully get ready for a road trip. This will be the farthest we will have pulled the TT (Premier 31 bhpr). We can make it to Destin in about 12hrs with just the car. I just don't want to pull the TT for that many hours. I think it would be best to stop and stay over about halfway to Destin and take it all the way in the next day (start fresh).Planning a trip to FloridaWe are thinking of going to Florida this summer. We usually stay in a condo or rent a house. But now we are thinking of pulling the TT and stop about halfway and continue on the next day (going there and coming home). We will be leaving from the Houston area. My question is do any of you know of some nice places between Houston and Destin Florida to stop over for the night? Also any nice RV parks on or near the beach in Destin. Not for the partying crowd just laid back family freindly parks?Re: New bullet premierHello, I also picked one up, mid summer. The only issue so far was the outside kitchen door. Look at it closely where the struts are screwed to the door itself. Make sure the outside trim is securely attached to the door. I took mine back and the replaced the entire door and frame. Other than that so far no other issues.
