Having had it in cold weather,20 Degree/40 Degree days it was a chore to keep it warm,it is not insulated well at all. I had no freezing of water lines for the days that I was there. One thing nice is the 2 6 volt batteries located under the step did get me thru the night with the heater running. One thing about the heater is that the vent closest to the heater is in the bathroom,I had to put an adjustable register there to cut it down some and put more hot air to the rear bedroom. Having the fresh water tank located under the dinette seat, inside the cabin where it was kept warm is a plus in cold weather. Anything else I can be of help regarding this RV just ask, send a PM or ask here I would be happy to help.Re: Custom plastic ice box for Dometic freezerDoes your fridge have those 2 little crispers on the bottom? When one of mine broke I replaced it with a larger one from Norcold and used the other to put ice in the freezer, worked out very well. I can't see any pictures due to 'your preference settings' Click on the "My Forums" link located in the upper-right portion of most forum pages. Click on the "My Preferences" link located in the list of links that run horizontally across the window. At the bottom of the General Preferences section, you will find 4 check boxes. The third one governs whether or not you will see pictures in the body of posts. While you are on you preferences page, check to see if you want to make any other changes. After completing changes, scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the Submit Changes button.Re: Thor Majestic 19G partsIf they are Velvac mirrors the part # for them is on the bottom of them, this will help in get the right parts. If you have a BIRD and are plugged in then it is doing its job by keeping both the chassis battery and the house batteries charged. That is the same solenoid I I use in my 2006 Tioga and it has worked fine. The only time I tested my AUX switch to see if it worked was to place a dead chassis battery then try it to start it,just unhooking it I got nothing.Re: Light cover replacementTo post a picture here just Follow the instructions in this LINK pretty easy to do.
