No, maybe I am dense but where do I find RV Service Reviews? Thanks.Fading Front CapMy 2015 Coachmen Chaparral is having the fading issue as mine has the dark brown cap. What a mess. Dealer does not want to deal with it so I have been in touch with Coachmen and under warranty they will fix it but I have to find a body shop, provide them with a quote, they need to approve, I pay and then they reimburse me. The dealer that I bought this from sucks. Has anyone had any experience with Ray's Body Works in Joppa, MD?Where are you camping for Labor Day?We are headed to Country Acres in Gordonville, PACountry Haven New Holland, PAThis is now a KOA campground. Lancaster/New Holland KOA. Wonder if the owners will be a bit more customer friendly now that they are KOA?Re: Elk Neck State Park ependydad wrote: buskirk wrote: I plan on writing to Governor Hogan as this does not make sense as this is a money making park for Maryland. Are you sure it's a money making park in the winter months? Well let's think about this. Access to the park by transients from I-95 as there are no other options in this area with full hookups. Locals that camp in the winter months. In addition, they have to keep the infrastructure of the sewer and water going as this is shared with the NORTH BAY Adventure Camp a State Park facility utilized by the state school system. I do understand that anything that can offset Overhead, capital and fixed costs is a win. No income means someone has to pay these costs, that means taxpayer with no offsets.Re: Elk Neck State Park ependydad wrote: buskirk wrote: I plan on writing to Governor Hogan as this does not make sense as this is a money making park for Maryland. Are you sure it's a money making park in the winter months? Being that I do not have access to the books I cannot say for sure but I do know that through out the winter months there are alot of tenters and transiet campers from I-95. In addition, they have to keep the infrastructure of the sewer and water going as this is shared with the NORTH BAY facility another State Park facility. They are making all hosts leave and shutting down the park from December 1 to April 1.Elk Neck State ParkJust got back from 1 week at Elk Neck State Park, North East Loop full hook up. I am sadden to learn that the Elk Neck will close on December 1 for the season and will reopen in early April. This is the first time that I can remember that the North East loop will close. I know that alot of people coming from I95 would utilize the park during the winter months as a stopping point. As a Maryland resident and a frequent camper at Elk Neck I am surprise at this decision. I plan on writing to Governor Hogan as this does not make sense as this is a money making park for Maryland. If there are any other people so inclined to protest please do so. The camp hosts must leave and try to reapply in the spring. I must say the camp host for the North East loop are tops and keep the bathrooms clean and are friendly people.
