My Ragen was closer but if I remember right it was almost 1000 lbs. more than listed UVW. I took both of them to the truck scales empty just to find out.Re: WW RepairsI had a 2005 Weekend Warrior FS2600 with aluminum sides and liked it a lot. We now have a 2008 Ragen with the fiberglass vacuum bonded walls and we love it. I believe the Ragen was a step up from the WW. The vacumm bonded wall offer better insulation but they are also an additional 800-1000 lbs. The bonded walls also block sound much better if you ever camp in loud areas like we do. one of the main reasons I was looking at the Ragen at the time I bought was that they came with 16" wheels and Maxxis Tires however when ours got built they had changed to 16" Transmaster tires. So far so good but I will probably be going with LT tires next. If the Ragen has bonded walls? +. If it has 16" wheels and tires ++. With eiether one of those trailers you will need a good weight distributing hitch and and possibly an upgraded hitch on your truck to replace the factory setup.Re: WW RepairsAlso keep in mind that Weekend Warrior's year models were always WAY early so a 2008 could have been sold in late 2006. there should be a label on the forward left side of the trailer that will have the GVWR and the date of manufacture. I had an FS2600 and had to replace the factory hitch on my truck due to excessive tongue weight. If this 2800 has 3 axles the tongue weight may not be as much of an issue? As posted by dkipz, I would stay away from the two axle model.Re: Whats Your Real Weights? Truck and Trailer. The Real Dealusually you can reweigh at the same scale within so many hours(24?)for about a buck. just give them your weigh ticket number and tell them it's a reweigh. this way you Can weigh you whole setup and then weigh again with the trailer axles on different pads or drop the trailer and weigh just the truck and figure your pin/tongue weight.Re: WW Repairs Socalou wrote: Well if Mark is a stand up guy he will not take the easy way out and file BK.He should stand up behind his product and fix every one that has problems from design or materials. If Mark files for BK you can probably thank the class action lawyers for their greed. IMO
