Some of our dogs in the past have gone to the crate on their own, because it's their space. None of them have cried or barked because they were locked in. It's far better to use a crate than to have a dog doing damage to home or RV, or worse yet - getting into stuff that can be bad for it.Re: Where to buy a Toad all ready setup to towYou might give Lichtsinn RV in Forest City, IA a call. They have a car dealership as well as RV's and I've seen vehicles listed on their website that are ready to tow.Re: RV Photo TripI love seeing that type of comparison, where you can see current shots vs. what the scene looked like over 80 years ago.Re: Family Camping in Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge/Seiverville sugarplum14 wrote: ...We are also considering the KOA in Townsend for a few days. ... We went to Townsend- the quiet side of the park - on our first visit to SMNP about 30 years ago and were really happy we did. Almost no traffic problems, easy park entrance, very close to Cades Cove. We're not much into a lot of commercialization, so Townsend suited us well, with a 4 year old and a 1 year old. Been back both to Gatlinburg and Townsend many times since, and always prefer Townsend. The material is easy to cut with scissors and stiff enough to stay in place.Re: Restrictions on Leaving Dogs in RV'sWe always leave the TV or radio on when our dog is unattended. It masks any sounds that would cause him to bark. And we also sneak back from time to time to make sure there's no barking and/or ask the neighbors if he was a bother.Re: Looking for Fall SuggestionsThe beauty of the area around Munising in Michigan's Upper Peninsula is well known. Great fall colors, the beauty of the Pictured Rocks National Seashore, and more waterfalls than you can count.
