After 10,000 miles I am extremely happy with these tires. I do an amazing amount of winter driving and these tires might be the best I have ever had. They are so sure-footed that I sometimes had to check myself because I was driving too fast. they are an aggressive tire but the highway noise is minimal and the wear, or lack of, is impressive. These tires also handle tow loads real good as well. Thank you for the recommendation!Re: Thoughts on Goodyear Wrangler Adventure A/T tires intheburbs wrote: DanAndJamie wrote: dahkota wrote: We had the GY DuraTrac. Very excellent tires, especially off road. How do these tires perform for everyday driving? They look very blocky, like snow tires, but they ride beautifully with only a mild thrum. My first set on my half-ton was hard to get balanced well, but the second set for my 3/4-ton (same exact tire) balanced very well and the ride is as smooth as a billiard table. Thanks!Re: Thoughts on Goodyear Wrangler Adventure A/T tires dahkota wrote: We had the GY DuraTrac. Very excellent tires, especially off road. I am 48 and due to divorce/child support and some major medical bills I got wiped out. It keeps me up at night knowing that I have nothing. My wife, who is 11 years my junior, has a very nice 401K so far and that makes me feel better that she will at least be able to have a comfortable retirement. I will, no doubt, drop at work as it is obvious I won't be able to retire. Just hope my health holds out.Re: 4th July Trips?I'm not going anywhere near a campground on the Fourth! I am camping on my friends property for his annual Fourth bash where there are plenty of crazies!!
