With my Leer cab high canopy, I installed a Yakima rack system on the canopy. Then in the ceiling of my garage, I put up 4 eye bolts. I lift the canopy off the truck with 4 rachet type tie downs - placing one on each corner of the Yakima rack. It hangs from the ceiling until ready for reinstalling. I would be willing to bet that one could find negatives about any camper. I have had two Lance campers and have never had a problem. I have had questions, and have had very good factory support. By the way CAD construction means more than just the design. I may be wrong, but at Lance they use computer guided machines to cut the camper pieces. That's why they no longer use gimp to hide the joints. In addition Lance has reduced the weight of their later model campers. I echo what some others have said. I installed a Walker Big Truck muffler and the Ford AIS air intake on my 2000 F350. Those alone made the engine spool up much faster. I suggest you do that first. If you want more power, put in a programmer with gages. I put in an Edge and it has made all the difference in the world pulling two different 5th wheels up to 12,000 lbs.618Views0likes0CommentsRe: 3000W Chinese Gensets Info.
I have already lost power and am typing this on my computer that is being powered by my Champion 3500W RV generator. It is also powering my frig., the TV and the lights. I also used it to cook in the microwave. The Champion is humming away just outside my door. This is the 4th power outage in 3 weeks and the Champion came thru each time.311Views0likes0Comments
