(This might be a FAQ somewhere) The first thing to check is whether there is some air in the line to the fridge. The easiest way to verify is by lighting the stove, let it run for 10 secs, then shut it off. Try the fridge again (give it a little time, if it doesn't ignite first time). I've also been looking at this for a future purchase (potentially save 000s). Look at the Registrar of Imported Vehicles web site: http://www.riv.ca/MakeAnRIVPayment.aspx For non-propelled (ie. trailer), it's basically a flat fee of around $200 and then you pay the GST at the border. You have to get it "safetied", which in Manitoba means taking it to a Canadian Tire so they can look at the tires and say "OK" (rubber stamp). Also, in Manitoba, you pay the PST when you register and insurance it. I've known many people that do this and it's very straightforward. I have GY Marathons on my 2008 JayFeather 19H (3700# dry) and have had no issues with them. I just had an axle/wheel/brake service & inspection done earlier this week and everything came up A-OK.
