They are awesome for towing but be warned the ride is a little rough unloaded.Re: Starcraft & Jayco main door.My 2013 Jayco has a Dexter sticker on the door if that helps.Re: Any Canadians who have bought their trailer in the US?Its easy to do I brought 2 cars across using the RIV program just have to follow the steps for both Canadian and US side pay your fees and get an inspection. I however bought my rv locally by the time I factored in shipping and fees I only would have saved $900.00. It is also nice to have my dealer close by for warranty work, I can have my rv there in 15 minutes. If you cant find that model locally then its probably worth importing it, as far as I know dealerships don't like to turn down business on service work you may have to pay up front and get reimbursed later.Re: Ford 15 pax van w/V-10 and AC issueCould be check valve, vacuum line or crack in vacuum reservoir. Usually its the check valve.Re: Jayco downgraded Jay Flight models for 2015Glad I bought my Jayflight 28 BHS in 2013, it was slightly cheaper than a 2014 swift at the same dealer. Re: Sway controlThere should be a second adjustment nut try loosening that. You can get a new one on ebay for $40.00Re: Pro Series Weight Distribution - PS49902 question! My trailer is 31' and 3500 dry my pro series pulls it no problem, quality seems good and it is heavy. Yes its a pain to put on and take off the friction bars but its not difficult. I use both friction bars and grease up all the moving parts before a trip. I barley feel any big rigs passing me and tow at highway speeds without a problem. Those other hitches are nice to have but if cost is an issue this will work just fine.Re: Pro Series Weight Distribution - PS49902 question!I could be wrong but I think the part # you gave comes with 2 friction sway control bars as well. If you don't want to spend any extra money they work just fine.Re: Pro Series Weight Distribution - PS49902 question!I have a Pro series that the dealer threw in for my 28bhs it works just fine, you may have to fine tune it when you get it home. I had to drop the ball 1 inch and tilt slightly.Re: 2010 Jay Flight 26BH TUCQUALA wrote: In 2011, Jayco upped the fw capacity to around 80 gals by adding a 2nd tank underneath. BUT, the gray and black tank capacities did not change, those are approx 32 gals each in 2010 and up. I noticed that myself and wondered what good that extra water does you if you've got nowhere to put it after use. Maybe for the outside shower.
