I love the memory foam, I sleep like a baby on it but it's momma that need to be happy.Mattress help.We are full time now, my wife is a travel nurse. She bought an 8" memory foam thinking she would love it... She hates it. Any suggestions on mattresses? The one that came with the camper is back in MO and we are in NV. I need her to sleep for my own safety!Re: Sand The_real_wild1 wrote: Why wouldn't you take your shoes off inside and at the door??? Only time I take my shoes off is to shower and sleep.Re: Sand 1320Fastback wrote: Sand inside is going to happen when camping in or near it. Having a toy hauler every other day or so when camping I drop the door down and use my cordless leaf blower to clean out the trailer ;) That's funny because I just told my wife I was going to go buy one.Re: SandWe are tracking it in constantly. I don't know how to post pics on here but we have a trail of rugs from the truck to the camper. My problem is that I can't sit still so it's mostly me doing it.SandRolled into Laughlin, NV yesterday for a 3 month stay, I thought I was prepared for everything until I met the sand. I'm from Texas and used to sand but this sand seems to stick to everything here. We are sweeping twice a day at least. Is constant sweeping the only answer or do any of you with more experience have some tips?Re: I40, AR to AZWe are going to Ft. Mojave for 3 months, after talking to a few people I think we are going to drop down to I20 and use it to connect with I10. I have 4wd but I worry more about someone else running into me plus 4wd helps you go but it doesn't help you stop. I think I10 will add about 400 miles but we don't have to be there until 12 Feb so we should be fine. Thank you all for the posts.I40, AR to AZAnyone on here familiar with this route? How are the mountains? Weather this time of year? Pulling out of Arkansas tomorrow and I've been told to drop South to I10. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.Re: Laughlin, NV tdst51 wrote: RickA71 wrote: My wife is a travel nurse and just took a position near Laughlin. Any good/bad thoughts on RV parks in the area? Assuming your wife is going to work at the hospital in Bullhead City, you may want to look on the Arizona side for an RV park. Might be an easier commute. She will be at Valley View Hospital. What part of the Ozarks are you in? We have a lake house on Table Rock but we are staying in Fayetteville now.Re: Laughlin, NVI've reserved a spot at koa. Thanks for the replies.
