Part time insurance for fulltimers
My wife and I have been fulltiming for nearly 8 years. For the past several years, we have done volunteer work during the winter months, and then return to my hometown to spend the summers. We are actually on the road for only about 1 month total, yet we pay insurance on our rig for the entire 12 months. What I'm wondering is: are there any insurance carriers who will let you suspend the travel part of insurance, ie; collision, road service, liability, medical...everything except comprehensive, which we would want to have applied permanently? It seems ridiculous to pay for the other coverage for 12 months, when you only need it for one. Thanks.720Views0likes2Comments
