He drilled two small holes into the bottom of the window using a diamond tip drill and then used a hair dryer to dry the inside of the windows out. Then he put two rubber stoppers in the holes. Works for about a year then you have to use hairdryer again but it sure is quick and easy. Drill trough the spacer, not the glass, you won't be happy drilling a tempered glass pane.
